Maria is a forward-thinking senior executive with nearly three decades of experience in profit and not-for-profit sectors. She's known for her ability to drive growth and implement strategic change, and she has a proven track record in setting up new organisations and optimising existing operations.

Maria's expertise includes strategic development, financial management, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong commitment to addressing global poverty and social inequality. Currently, she serves as the Interim Chief Operating Officer at GSG Impact and the Africa Research Excellence Fund, and Deputy CEO for the Sociological Review Foundation Limited.

Maria has successfully led significant change projects and established operations across continents. In addition to my dedication to addressing global issues, I am committed to my growth and development. She's currently studying for an Executive MBA and holds various leadership, project management, and change management certifications.
