GSG Impact is seeking a facilitation company to work closely with us in co-designing the GSG Leadership Meeting (GLM) 2025, ensuring the event meets its strategic objectives and delivers an impactful experience for participants.
The GLM is a pivotal invitation-only event for GSG’s stakeholders. The GLM rotates annually among host countries, and for 2025, the GLM will be hosted in Japan on May 20-22.
It is a three-day event. The first day is dedicated to site visits, public sessions, or private meetings for invitees, while the facilitation company will focus on co-designing days two and three, which are structured as an interactive and immersive two-day workshop.
The two-day workshop serves as a vital opportunity for GSG’s core stakeholders to convene in person, share challenges and priorities, and identify areas for collaboration and mutual support. It also provides the GSG team with an invaluable chance to refine and strengthen annual objectives by incorporating insights and contributions from our priority audience.
Approximately 150 global participants from over 50 countries are expected, including GSG Impact National Partners, Taskforces (leaders from countries aspiring to establish National Partners), strategic partners, as well as GSG donors, ambassadors, and Trustees. These participants represent the core stakeholder community driving GSG’s mission globally. Here is more information about GSG Impact Partners.
Organizing Team
The facilitation company will collaborate closely with Raffaella De Felice, Senior Manager and Content Lead, to design the event. An Event Manager will provide support for logistics and relationships on-site.
The event’s objectives are collaboratively determined during the design phase, with input from the core GSG team, National Partners, and GSG Trustees. Additional rounds of feedback during the design phase can be organized to refine the program and adjust objectives as needed.
