How to Increase Private Sector Investment to Meet the Sustainable Development Goals in Emerging Markets
On the 15th of May 2024, GSG Impact hosted an online webinar on "Increasing Private Sector Investment to Achieve the Sustainable Development Goals in Emerging Markets."
We were pleased to see that over 333 people attended the webinar from 59 different countries. Participants shared ideas on what more can be done to improve coordination and action among businesses, startups, accelerators, investors, charitable foundations, universities, and policymakers.
This was a must attend session for all those wanting to deepen their understanding of catalytic capital financing models through real world examples.

The session served as the formal kick-off meeting for the GSG-DFI co-led working group on capital mobilisation for SMEs in emerging markets. The aim of the working group is to increase the quality and quantity of private capital invested for the SDGs and a Just Transition in emerging markets.
